History: Colin Fletcher was born into an average family. Since birth, his life had always been normal, until he was given a violin for his 9th birthday. Amazed by his wondrous new gift, Fletcher immediately started practicing until his skills surpassed most expert violinists, and soon began to dream of a career in music. Although such a dream was well within reach, the boy's unwillingness to perform well in school kept him from achieving his goal. After dropping out of high school at age 17, Fletcher's once perfect life turned upside-down and became filled with financial ruin. Living off of cheap microwave dinners and borrowed money from his friends backed by promises that he would "make it big someday" and pay it back, his debts began to pile up until they overwhelmed him. In an attempt to make more money and pay back the money he owed, Fletcher began to search desperately for work wherever he could find it. At age 20, he struck gold with a prestigious orchestra that traveled around the city. His mastery of the violin blessed him with an excellent position in the orchestra, and he quickly worked his way up to the top. 8 months later, due to a jealous act of sabotage from several of his fellow band members, Fletcher was accused of stealing band equipment and was promptly fired. Using the money he earned in the orchestra to rent a nice apartment, he began to look for work again, and soon got a job at a local music shop, where he worked there for 6 months until the shop went out of business. A few days later, Fletcher was walking across the street to his apartment, when he was hit by a car with a drunk driver behind the wheel. This put him in a coma for a year and 11 months. When he recovered from his coma on a Christmas Eve morning, he saw his life through clear, new eyes. From that moment forward, Fletcher applied a most valuable lesson to his life: to live every day as if it were his last, and regret nothing. To this day, Fletcher lives by that lesson, living life to it's fullest, enjoying what he has. He makes a decent living as a freelance violinist and travels around Bohemia, playing his music in hopes of bringing peace and joy to the world.
Appearance: Fletcher stands 5'11''. He is very scrawny, easily describable as "nothing but skin and bones." His skin is an average shade of peach, fair and free of blemishes and scars. His face is skinny, just like his his body, and he has thin, black mustache, the same color as his untidy hair. His face is most easily recognizable by his large nose, pointy chin and hazel-colored eyes.
Wardrobe: Aside from his usual leather jacket, scarf and plaid beret, Fletcher wears neat, formal clothing. He also wears suit pants, and the occasional pair of jeans. He can usually be found wearing a dark shade of purple, since that is his favorite color. He never leaves home without his violin and a handful of candy canes.
Relationships:
Objective: Fletcher has no objectives in life. He finds that if you have a goal in life, you probably won't reach it. But if you don't have one, you're never disappointed.
