As most of you know, I really want Prototype for my XBox 360. I think this could very well be one of the best games I have ever played (but I haven't played yet...).
So, my dad said that he would stop on his way to work and get the game for me.
THEY DIDN'T HAVE IT
But they told him to check back at about ten thirty in the morning to see if they have it then... Apparently they were expecting a shipment of items at ten thirty. So I called them at about ten thirty. I had to wait a while to actually talk to the person and then I asked if they had Prototype for the XBox 360 in stock. They said that since it is a new game, released today, that I should check back at two, because they're getting another shipment...
AND IT IT ONLY TWELVE TWENTY AND IT'S FELT LIKE A MILLION YEARS SINCE IT WAS TEN THIRTY!!!!!!!!!
Seriously, I REALLY hope that I can get it today!!!
But if all else fails, my mom offered to try at a store on her way home this evening. She works further from my dad so she could try a different place.
But if I can get it (I'M GONNA FIND A WAY) then I'll be sure to say if it's good or not (it BETTER be after all this crap! I've been waiting for this game for MONTHS!!!) in another journal entry. I might have a whole "Random Rating" thing for it, or just a quick summary...
I dunno!

UPDATE AS OF 2:46
Well.... Just got off the phone from Wal Mart.... They don't have Prototype... I have gone through all this crap and now they still don't have it... I just really hope that they have it where my mom is stopping on her way home.. I really do. Because I am so pissed off right now, it isn't even funny. I have been looking foward to this game since early, EARLY this year. And Wal Mart isn't going to stop me. Their games are in lousy condition anyway. Who needs Wal Mart? I'm taking my business elsewhere. I'm tired of having to learn (no offense to anyone out there) nineteen different languages just to have to ask a simple question on the phone to them!
I'm gonna find a way to play Prototype.

UPDATE AS OF 3:34 THE NEXT DAY
I have Prototype! My mom stopped at an EBGames or Gamestop or something on her way home and got it for me! I payed her back, and it's mine!!
And lemme tell ya! This game is...... Well, you need to read the Random Rating that I posted for Prototype. Just go to the next entry in my journal. See what I gave it.
