Well last night was good. Alyssa and I talked for ages about random stuff. Today I was teaching her how to throw daggers. Actually Kaeme is excellent at it, even better than Alyssa which is surprising considering shes not even a warrior. She was watching the lesson and said, "Can I have a go? I like to throw things and I dont have bad aim?" So I leant her a dagger and showed her how to throw, and she hit the target right in the centre! She says she was always the best in her class at things like discus and javelin. Ive heard of them because of when I woke up in Ancient Rome. Im surprised theyre still around.
I think Alyssa was annoyed that Kaeme was better than her at anything. She got much better after that. After that lesson she gave me one, Kaeme wasnt interested in sword fighting so she went off but we sparred for ages and then I watched Alyssa vs. Kirikozou. I never get tired of seeing them go at it.
Today was definitely a day of fighting. While we were at it, Tomara showed us some martial arts. He wanted to practise on Dakko. Hahaha. Dakko drew all day. Liona watched most of the time but says sometime shell teach us about herbs + healing. Always worth knowing, as valuable as combat for a warrior because you never know when you might have to heal an injured comrade.
