A Promise To A Friend
It makes me laugh saying it over and over again. Why you ask? Well... You see, when I was at 6th grade, our English teacher asked us to make an essay story. Pick all the selections you want. I couldn't think of anything. Probably it's because I can came up so many stories in my head at that very moment.
After thinking of all the stories, I decided to make something very uncommon to our class. And so I started the story. It actually goes like this:

A little girl named Lenna used to live with her older brother Ken, who soon died in a war. Edward, a close friend of Ken, promised to take care of Lenna. Lenna was a very shy person, but it all changed after her brother died. While living with Edward, Lenna was more like to be a rude person, she never respects Edward and she never speaks to anyone at all. One time a friend of Edward came to visit, Susana, wanted to see Lenna, of course, Lenna did not show respect to her. "You seemed a bit troubled there my dear" Susan spoke to Lenna with a smiling face. As Lenna whispered "What's in it to you? It is none of your consern whether I am or I am not myself". Suddenly, Edward pulled Lenna to the kitchen and said "What were you thinking? Lenna you've been like since I don't know how long but you weren't like this before. Even your teachers at school are saying that you don't participate in anything. What has got in to you?". Lenna's tears started t drip on her face. "It's because..." She didn't continue. "Listen to me. Lenna, if what's bothering you is your brother's death, even to me it's painful to lose a friend like him. But I swore to your brother that I will never let anything happen to you" Edward explained to Lenna then hugged her....
Well... So far that's how the story goes... I didn't continue it because I was running out of time. But I did show it to my teacher and she said that it was amazing, that she wanted me to join an essay contest. Completely I was out of idea that's why I didn't finish it. I can always continue this story... I just don't know If I should replace it. The story was really something. Lenna and Edward always argues. Well... That's how it’s supposed to go; Edward never took back what he had promise to Ken even though Lenna had never changed. There was also suppose to be an accident that Susana has to die protecting Lenna... And Lenna trying to kill herself(?!)
What was I thinking?! If Lenna dies... hmm... Maybe I should just continue this...
