life is like a sea
sometimes you wonder how big can your emotions be
life has it's tides, the up and the down
and all they do is toss you aroun'
but then you take a look inside of you
and you relize that your not so blue
then you see that everyone loves that your there
sometimes it's just because you care
but then you take a look around
and the world may seem upside down
because the storm's rolled in from over head
and all you feel is pain instead
you weather the storm, the hate and pain,
and the hurt caused by the pounding rain
as the storm subsides, the clouds dissapear and color fills the sky
all your sad feelings go right by
you remember the old saying "you cant have a rainbow without any rain"
as the words relive youe pain
but a sea keeps moving, it keeps going on
and soon all those happy feelings are gone
your back in the deepest part of the sea
it's dark there, no light reaches, there is no glee
and once again you wait out the storm
waiting for everything to be back in the norm
and when it's safe once again you burst through the waters surface gasping for air
as the hate you felt heads back to it's lair
you catch your breath and keep moving on
because you know the bad feelings will never be gone
but you dont sit there waiting to dry out, dissapear
you keep moving on till everything's clear
the bad times will be back this you know
but you dont sit there not wanting to go
you stand up strait and stare back at them
your not going to wilt like a flowers stem
there may not always be a spring in your step or a smile on your face
but you keep on runnig you dont give up the race
so yes life is like a sea
but im geussing that's just how the world's meant to be
