Question of the day...
1. Were there any U.S. presidents that were closely related to each other, besides George H. W. Bush and George W. Bush?
My answer:
Well, being a Canadian born shortly before the rein of George Bush Jr, this is the sort of stuff I wouldn't be aware of. Or maybe I would be if I had a classical education. Well, whatever. As my answer, I give a very firm, I don't know.
*Gets sprayed with Nick sludge*
Oh alright! To the Google-mobile! *Plays batman music.* OK, that joke was laugh-track funny, I admit.
Anyways, the answer is.... *Drumroll please*
YES! John Quincy Adams, the sixth US president, was the son of John Adams, the second US president. PLUS, Benjamin Harrison, number twenty-three, was the grandson of William Henry Harrison, president number nine.
Well wasn't that enlightening and educational? Of course, like most education, it probably won't be very useful, but hey! You never know, be prepared, etc.
