I keep running and running, scared inside.
There is no where to hide
From the frightening chaotic world outside.
I stand on an isolated island, all alone, striving for somewhere to go,
Trying to find my place in the world.
I don't know why I'm here.
Am I an angel, born again?
Or am I a demon, a devil, just lurking from behind my scared far somewhere in my mind?
Today, I found my heart, undercover deep in my soul.
The only thing that was missing,
To repair that huge hole in my dying heart,
Was you, my love.
With you, I suddenly sprout huge wings out from my sides.
They wrap around you, gently holding you in their grasp.
I want to hold you forever, never leaving your side.
We stand side by side, to fight through this world.
One day, the terror will end,
And we will fly to the high heavens in the clouds.
The golden gate will open in front of us,
Inviting us in to live together in love and peace.
