soo.. you've been probably wondering how was Washington and the Presidential, well It was beyond everything I ever imagined, It was awesome to the xtreme, i could not describe how happy I was when I went there and how many people I met from countries all over the world, yes you heard me. there were people from 52 different countries there, people with different views, religion, cultures, dance styles, food, languages, fashion, technology (most of them were weird looking futuristic phones & PDAs lol xp ) different everything, and what I liked the best was that all of us, from all of those different countries set our differences appart to be able to have an awesome time in Washington. we set aside our differences and exchanged ideas, cultures, even languages and we had a BLAST. I'm glad I went there. those would be the best $1,400 i ever spent. I made lots of friends from Spain, China, Korea, Japan, Russia, Poland, USA, Puerto Rico, Honduras, Haiti, Dominican Republic and last but not least Germany. We still talk through facebook and stuff.. and we keep in contact.. some of them are even thinking of making a reunion on Washington DC someday soon. so yeah.. that would be cool. as for Washington, we got to go Inside the Capitol and seat where representatives actually make the voting on laws and stuff, we also went to Washington Monument, The White House, Lincoln Memorial, Pentagon, Pentagon Memorial, Puerto Rico Federal Affairs Administration Building, where Pedro Pierluisi is (Pierluisi is the PR representative in Washington DC), we went to the Old Post Office, Vietnam War Memorial, and lots of other cool place like memorials and stuff.. it was really great!! I enjoyed it very much. We stayed in the Washington Mariott inside Georgetown University. and we had really nice staff.. so it was nice. The always had a smile on their face and were good with us. The best staff of all was the one that was always jumpy and exited the whole day, she always went like "Alright you Future World Leaders" and that was it... it was anything beyond what I imagined.. it was great biggrin see yuo later!! xp
