I'm not sure what it is, but if I go to a deli, the first thing that usually catches my eye is the corned beef they're selling. Some people think grilled cheese 'sammiches are as simple and tasty as it gets, but for me, it's corned beef on rye that does the trick.

I picked up one on the way home from my local deli. Piled high and the rye bread slices nice and big, cold cut 'sammiches don't get any better than this. biggrin
