at the moment all my chores are done (I think... no wait still gotta do the cats... I'll do that later. xP), so I might as well say a couple blurbs.
in front of me lays my math homework,
on my mind is the still unfinished lit letter.
to my side are the interview questions,
on my hand are songs I need to look up.
behind me is my art paper,
above me is my draft for surrealism.
the next room over is the kitchen,
where Karen is watching Wonderland.
in this virtual world where i reside,
I am updating my profile with pictures.
On this my actual first Monday off of school,
I am loving it.
But it makes me wish for summer all the more...
I'll have my license and will hopefully
both have a job and bring the dog to obedience training.
My mother's birthday is in April I believe,
so that gives me plenty of time to get her what she really wants for a gift.
What is it, you ask?
A CD of recordings of all the songs I've played on piano, of course.
I need to have a license
to be able to drive to town whenever the heck I feel like
so I can get to the church piano and record them.
One problem:
that means that I have to coordinate my movements with mothers,
so I end up with the keys to the church in my pocket before she goes to work.
I can figure it out.
I always have.
