*while making a futile attempt at finding a school in Durem, himeko continually eyes yukiko in an odd fashion. she finally snaps*

himeko: alright, what's with the Lady Yukiko crap!?

yukiko: what are you talking about?

himeko: you know what i'm talking about! why does everyone call you a Lady? are you a noblewoman or something?

yukiko: no, i've never been a noblewoman...until my sixteenth anniversary.

luna: why is your birthday so important?

yukiko: i am to be married to a noble from a faraway land. Mr. Gambino says it's a good investment.

luna: what does Gambino have to do with this?

yukiko: he's just coming. he's trying to find a wife for his son, but i don't think the search is going so well...

luna: why do you think so?

selene: because the Gambino family bears eccentric millionaires. who would marry any of them?

luna: *thinks back to Gaia's history* true.

himeko: but that still doesn't explain why they call her a Lady!

yukiko: it's out of respect. i lived in a land north of the Isle de Gambino. i came here because i hated that place. noblewomen dress like the Earth nobles of the past. all commoner and disgraced women dress like miko.

luna: but, in our world, miko are respected in that land. commoners wear normal garb while the poor wear peasant's rags.

yukiko: my land does not have very holy people. i'm one of the few, that's why my family wants me to marry this nobleman, who is also spotless.

himeko: your country's messed up!

yukiko: *sarcastically* thank you.

selene: well, whatever! let's just go before Liam sees us.

yukiko: he won't come near us. i'm around, remember?

luna: in our world, that won't stop him. by the way, why are you made of wire frames?

selene: everyone here is represented as a wire frame model. i mean, being people that rely on data for survival and treat binary as a form of script, shouldn't it be obvious?

luna: i guess so, but in our world, everyone's made out of pixels.

selene: i see. now let's go before we're seen by perverts!

yukiko and himeko: *gasp*
