From the shadows he came to steal my heart

For my heart had been broken

Then he came for my senses
and I did not speak out-
For I felt nothing

Then he came for my beauty
and I did not speak out-
For I had no beauty to behold

Then he came for my soul
and I did not speak out-
For my soul no longer existed

Then he came for me
and no one knew of my existance
To speak out for me
