We all know that Obama has won the election by now. Well I started seeing the effects of that today, and sadly they were negative ones.

So three of my friends and I were walking to go into the school(yes we were all white). Then this black girl thinks it would be funny to dance right in front of us so she moves to where we are walking and dances in front of us. As we try to go around her, she moves in our way and continues to dance. Then some of us get around but Katie didnt. Then Katie askes her nicely to please move. The girl doesnt. Katie asks again with no better results. Then Katie trys to move her with force by pushing her and the girl yells at her "dont touch me!". At this point Katie and I are very angry and Katie finally gets around her and when start to walk in the door, the girl yells "Obama".

Now I wonder, why the heck did she say Obama? I mean does having a black president give black people special rights to harass white people? Cause if it does then he is not gonna live for very long! And I was really hoping that this election would not mess with racism but I knew it would. Its sad that it messed with it this much though. It really is. sad
