For the sake of privacy, the names of the people mentioned have been changed to some rediculous ones. 3nodding
Yeah, yeah... I know, two posts in a rediculously short time frame. *GASP*
Well, anywho, how about a little start-off with some... oddities that I've run into lately? Like, oh, I don't know... those things you really didn't mean to say but ended up saying accidentally.
Ura Craizeewich: So, hey, Queerk McFlarf, show us your weiner! (She actually meant to say "show us your wenis".)
Sheez Cyco: Yeah, and... uhh... the book also talks about your mettabottlism. (She actually meant to say "metabolism".)
3nodding Yep, we've all run into those... weird part is, when we hear it, we ACTUALLY know what they're saying! (My example is "The girls need more space to room." I actually meant "The girls need more space to run." )
Then there're these bizarre things that we do (namely myself in this situation.) Me and a classmate were talking about the movie, Teeth, where this girl has like sharkteeth in her... well, you know. So, I called across the room to one of my female classmates and shouted "Can you imagine how weird it'd be if there're teeth in your COOCH?!" (I'm not even kidding... I literally said that.)
Okay, now that we've got our giggles out.... Onto the more... serious stuff. stare
EMOS AND WANNABE-EMOS. *Shudders* Well, okay, so it's just a phase kids are going through, but no less.... It's still pretty creepy. For instance, those REDICULOUSLY TIGHT PANTS. stare Honestly, if someone can put their HAND around your THIGH, something's wrong with YOU. Besides, there's also a REASON why there's a MENS and a WOMENS section at clothing stores! Guys don't belong wearing a woman's clothes... especially the pants. You see, what most guys don't understand, is that for one, they look like total dorks in girls' jeans. Two, they don't get the right size, so that makes them look even WORSE. Three, girls' jeans are fitted so that they shape the natural curves of a woman's body, not a guy's straight legs. (For instance, our knees are supposed to touch when we walk because our hips are wider, therefore arcing the shape of the legs). And, then there's the whole "cutting" idea. I respect the fact that some kids are going through trouble and are probably pretty mentally unstable, I know since I've had my fair share, but cutting is no way to end the pain. Why bother causing yourself more pain just to forget about the mental pain? It's really not worth it. And for all you wannabes out there, QUIT IT. You're just making fools of yourselves and copying others; nobody likes a copycat.
If you're wondering how I know the whole "curvature" thing, it's because I've studied the human body and the mind... for several YEARS, in fact. So, yes, as a couple friends say, I'm like a doctor of sex and the sort. *Shrugs* It's really not awkward if you approach the topic correctly, you know. Just see it as if something was wrong with your body and you were able to find out if you just paid attention and studied what was actually going on, instead of taking it for granted. Trust me, taking something (or someone) for granted is definitely NOT the way to go.
Well, before my blood pressure soars through the roof, I better call it quits, m'kay?
