so much to do so much is done so little time so much time wasted
fed to the sharks bitten and bleeding floating adrift each and every day thousands of us are tossed to the sea thousands of them all like me all like you unknowing till the sharks smell you
then the teeth oh the teeth, stained red from the millions and billions of victims before me, before you, before them, the teeth of the sharks nibble on your bones and they prey upon your flesh
then, when it's over, you're frightened and wary swimming in the endless sea, only able to go forward or under, if you wish
and in the calm after that first attack, you meet others and you band together and grow affections friendships and romantic relationships and the previous attack doesn't seem so bad your wounds heal you can breathe again but the calm only lasts so long
the sharks encircle you again and they pick at you all seperately you pull together as a group until something stops them and in the choppy waters afterwards, you may seperate but more join you and you heal each other in the calm before the next attack
everyday thousands are tossed to this savage sea of life everyday more and more are attacked by the sharks of life everyday someone goes under and lets themself go everyday we must face these obstacles
life is rough it's not fair who asked us if we wanted to make this sea our dwelling place? thrust from the womb to the sharks, without a moments notice
time time was all you needed time was all I needed but so much was wasted and so much lies ahead that no one can find the time
and as the sea runs red around you when the teeth come biting down bear it because there will be calm and it will lay before pain over and over in a cycle neverending
neverending like the time no one can find like the breath in the air like the songs in our hearts like the water in the sea
