She stood there thinking what she might say then she spoke her voice hoarse." I was running away. My parents irritated me so much I almost hit them. When I got to the forest near my house I heard a sound and then........." her voice broke off and she couldn't speak anymore so the doctor spoke." And that's when you saw the creature that attacked you?" "Yes. Wait a minute. How did you find me?" He ignored the question and asked calmly," How did your parents irritate you?" She stood there still as a cold stone goosebumps running up her arm then anger pulsed through her. She calmed down and asked" Why do you want to know?" " Isn't it important?" She sighed then looked away thinking then finally said," If you must know, they said I was a rotten child. They screamed at me until I couldn't take it anymore. When they went out of my room I packed and climbed out of the window." He stood there for a moment then asked, " Why did they say you were a rotten child?" She could feel the tears running down her cheeks. She couldn't control her emotions then said as her voice broke, " They wanted me to be happy. I was always depressed and they got so angry they yelled at me." " Why were you depressed?" " They aren't my real parents. I'm an adopted child. My real parents died in a fire so I was sent to an orphanage. I grew a hobby of reading to get my mind over the past. I couldn't get over it. I kept on reading until they adopted me. They burned all my books. I got furious and never talked to them. When they went on their month long trips I went secretly to the library to catch up on the books I was reading. I didn't want to make an account in case I had an overdue book they would call so I read in the library telling them I was at this class they signed me up for." " Oh that's really sad." That's the last words she heard until the images started to fade and she suddenly woke up.
