Bathroom Break...
...or maybe not. xd

Yes, well, let me move away from my Apocalyptic mindset for now and focus on more, er, -positive- objectives.

Like cleaning the bathroom!

Ugh, I hate cleaning the bathroom. Hate. Unfortunately, no one else will do it and it's been smelling pretty bad in there. So I had to clean it today.

Bah. The counter and the mirror were okay. Pretty easy to clear the junk off and clean the counter with Lysol. Not too bad.

Then the floors I did last. That was easy. Just sweep up the dust and mop with more Lysol (I obviously wasn't picky on what products to use to clean with, haha).

But the bathtub.......ugh. The hardest part. Moving everything is all fine and dandy but cleaning the -whole- tub top to bottom? Excruciatingly long.

I used mostly Comet to clean the bathtub. First, I cleaned the bottom of the tub. That always takes a while. Even when I'm done with the tub, the bottom will always be hard (one reason being that everything is washing towards the bottom but I digress). The bottom of the bathtub is the same as the rest of the bathtub--filled with offwhite to grey footprints every where. As a result of the special design at the bottom of the tub, it's extra hard to scrub out the bottom and make it it's old white color.

Everything else is mostly soap scum--from the shampoo bottle stands to the corner soap dishes. All pretty much easy to take care of. The faucet and showerhead also cleaned with Comet. The rest of the walls weren't too bad either.

Now the shower curtain....ugh. I'm pretty sure this is where the stink is coming from. All water damaged with rust. It's still salvagable even if I've heard it's best to throw them out. I don't see why I should. hehe. So I cleaned this with Lysol (again). Which took a long time as well. I hated doing that part. ugh

After all is done in the bathroom I decide to take a break from the last priority--the toilet-- to get some fresh air. The bathroom was ventilated with the one window open, but this isn't good enough. I was buried so much in a sea of chemicals that I felt taking a break from completing every chore was necessary. I was shaking a little after the curtains and, therefore, I felt justified in assuming that is was hazardous to my health. hehe *sweats*

All-in-all a pretty productive day if I do say so myself. 3nodding
