In our time, this day, this very second we know it to be December 25th, 2008 which is the best day of their lives known as the Concurso Nacional del Cuatro when in a different place it could be 2029 on Wednesday April 23rd. In a place non-like our own there is a raging battle.
“Come on, Wolf! Give me you’re best shot,”
“Don’t push him to far Fox,” Krystal said.
“You want it pup, you got it,” Wolf said chuckling.
“Fox, Peppy here listen and listen…”
“Quiet rabbit,” Panther said with a purr.
“Oh, go climb a tree Panther,” Peppy remarked. “Now, Fox the teleporter is almost done, General Pepper and I need a break,”
“Got it, alright team you heard Peppy. We need to stop Wolf's team right were they are," Fox commands.
"RIGHT," they say.
"Hey, Fox," Slippy says. "We need to hack into there…" WOOOSH!!!!! The teleporter activates sending both teams in the planet Earth's atmosphere.
"…. Peppy…come in Peppy, General Pepper? Rob?" Fox says astonished. Hearing only static a voice finely comes through.
"This is the Puerto Rican space station. What are you doing in space don't you know you can't breath?" some one says from the space station. Fox unknowingly follows Wolf's to the heart of Puerto Rico
"FOX!" Slippy cries.
"I know, Slippy I know," Fox says calmly.
"Yo, Fox I don't think we're in the Lylat system anymore," Falco replies cracking his knuckles.
"I've got you now pup," Wolf says shooting his blasters.
"MOVE!!!" Fox shouts.
"You're mine," Wolf growls.
"Uhn, Fox I'm taken' damage here," Falco begs.
"Here I come Falco," Krystal says.
"Who do you think I am, Krystal?" Leon blurts.
Panther replies, "I can't allow you to go on the offensive."
"Yeah, well guess what," Fox says jumping onto Panthers Wolfen. "I can't allow you to take…her…OUT!" Fox places a mine on the Wolfen and jumps back into the arwing.
"NO!!! FOX!!!" Wolf howls. "That's it, I'll take care of everything," he growls. "LEON GET ON THAT BIRD!!!" "Now you've done it bird," Leon said.
"Make me mad and you're life's as good as gone," Panther roared.
As cities crumble and the earth continues to turn the Star Fox team still fights on. While in the Lylat system Peppy and the General are still working on the teleporter. But what they don’t realize is that it has already sent several planets to other galaxies. General Pepper walks to a window and happens to notice something odd. Yes very very odd. What he saw was what he never hoped he’d see again. His home world Corneria vanish.
“Peppy!!” The general screamed. “Peppy stop working on it and reprogram it,”
“But, General s…”
“NOW,” barking loudly with glaring red eyes at peppy.
“Yes sir,” Peppy said. His ears still ringing
“AHHHH. Fox help me,” Krystal screamed “I can’t shake him,”
“Krystal,” Fox said scarcely. “PANTHER,” he barked. “NOW THIS IS SERIOUS!”
“Wolf, get…him…off…me…”Panther said hitting the ground.
“Dang it Fox, you wait until I get my hands on you,” Panther says.
As people stand and stair some run screaming and running like a chicken with their heads cut off saying, “Panther it’s a wild panther run away,” many of them grab burning branches and try to be a hero. Meanwhile Wolf is on Fox’s tail with a charged shot shooting at a building. Fox immediately notices what he was doing. “I got her Fox,” Krystal said bursting full speed and landing and then picking up the girl and fling off again saving the little girl from a horrifying death.
“So what’s you name kid?” Krystal kindly asks.
“N…Ne…Neko,” said the little girl
“Hehe, cute name for a little girl. I’m Krystal. So where’s your mom?” she calmly said.
Neko points to a mound of rubble. Krystal lands the arwing a few yards away and goes to the rubble and sees a burned dirty hand lying with in the rubble. Tears trickle down her face and calls Fox on the communicator and says. "Fox, we have a problem."
"Yeah well we need you right now AH! Falco will you get the guy from behind me."
"We need to find this little girl a home,"
"I know what you're thinking and I can't ignore that even if I try."
"I've found you now Krystal," Panther says from behind.
"Just leave Neko alone Panther,"
"Why it's an unknown thing. How do you think you can take care of her you don't even know what she ea…"
"LEAVE HER ALONE PANTHER!!" Fox tackling Panther from the side into the Plaza de Hostos.
"FOX!!! WATCH OUT WOLF IS RIGHT BEHIND YOU!" Krystal running and screaming.
"Hey, Krystal I think you left something behind," Leon hissed.
"Oh, no you don't lizard boy," Falco knocking Leon to the floor. "Remember what I said after the aporiods attacked ("when this is over me and you are going to scrap" wink well now's the time."
"Yeah and I also remember you not letting your GUARD DOWN!! Like this," Leon remarks with a left fist Falco blocking and getting knocked back into a hotel wall.
"Now lets end this blasted feud Fo…"
"You're not going any were near him Wolf," Slippy said aiming his blaster towards him.
"You're making one heck of a big mistake toad I suggest you drop your blaster and let him die on this pitiful world," replied Wolf
"Leave HIM ALONE MEANY," Neko said. Wolf looks down and grabs her by the throat and says, "Is this how you want "HIM" to remember his little savior," snarled Wolf.
“Leave them alone Wolf,” Krystal says.
“Looks like you’ll be going home a widow Krystal because Fox is about to DIE,” Wolf responds grabbing Fox by his throat.
"I told you to…leave…THEM…ALONE!!" beamed Krystal setting up a barrier shield and shooting rapidly at Wolf trying to make him drop both Fox and Neko.
“Un, why you little brat I’ll ki…”
“BACK OFF OF HER,” Fox says with one breath smashing Wolfs face into the El Morro fort.
“Come on Fox what cha waitin’ for,” Falco said looking back while he holds Leon still.
“Yeah well its not as easy as it looks Falco,” he replies turning towards Neko and yelling, “RUN, NEKO RUN WHILE I HOLD HIM OFF.” Neko nods and runs towards Krystal tears running down her face as they run and hide behind broken walls.
“So Neko how old are you,” she asks
“Five, I’m five years old this year,” she replies looking at Fox still fighting. “Panther get in those sky’s and get rid of that frog,” Wolf said while slippy is heading for an open area to us known as the San Juan bay. As the fight in Puerto Rico rages Peppy is almost done reprogramming the teleporter.
“Are you almost done Peppy?” General Pepper asked.
“Yeah!” He replies.
“Fox!” Krystal yells seeing Fox get tossed through a museum wall that says San Juan Museum of Art and History. Fox comes around and notices a picture of Christopher Columbus that was about to fall on him so he quickly rolls out of the way.
"Dang we could really use that teleporter right now," Fox said.
"Peppy," Krystal said
"Krystal? Is that you," he replied
"Yeah, look do you think you can use that dastardly thing to get here?" she asked.
"NO, NEKO GET BACK HERE. Sorry Peppy I got go get her," She added noticing Neko was running tworads Fox to see if he was ok.
"NEKO GET BACK HE'S COMING TO GET YOU LOOK…ACK!" Fox said being picked up by Panther. Wolf looks back and sees Panther hold Fox by the neck and goes to toss him in the water but some how when he turned back to nab the girl she was gone.
"Nice try Wolf O'Donnell," a mysterious voice said.
"Bill? Is that you," Fox said with what little strength he has and feeling it regain
"Yeah, Fox its me and I'm here to stay," Bill explains.
“Hey, kid get back to Falco he’ll keep ya safe o…uhn,” Bill paused.
“Are you here to save us from the big bad wolf?” Neko asked.
“Yeah, were ever there is trouble the Star Fox team is there to save you got it. Now go… GO NOW!” he quickly ran and tackled Panther and started punching him as Panther clawed and scratched his way away from Bill’s reign over him Wolf got the better half and with one shot Bill was flying into the same museum that Fox was in.
“I’ve almost got it Krystal! How things on your end?” Peppy exclaimed.
“Ok, for the most part someone named Bill showed up and started helping us,”
“Bill? Really now?” Peppy replied remembering the good times they had together as a team.
“Bill, Falco, Krystal, Slippy!!” Fox screamed. “We need to get them away from here or fight to our last breath and run them back to were we came from,”
“RIGHT!” they yell back.
“Yo, Fox lets show them what the Star Fox team can really do," Falco, said.
"Right!" Fox said. “Lets take it to both land, sea and air team now matter what happens we MUST; I can’t express that enough we MUST stop them at any cost,” Slippy took to the sea, Falco took to the sky, while Krystal tried her hardest to hide Neko.
She finely found an area to place her and handed Neko her communicator and said, “If any thing happens just use this,”
“B…bu…but how do I use it though?” Neko tried to ask but her words would not come to full speech and Krystal was gone into the sky. As she began to cry she called Krystal and said, "May I stay with you p…ple…please," and began crying so hard that Leon found her.
Fox stayed on the ground to get the people herded into a building telling them, ”Stay here I’m not going to block the door when you hear a sonic boom that’ll let you know that the fight is over alright," looking at the people as they nod. Fox leaves only for a few minutes and Neko being curious comes out of her hiding place and runs to another spot and hides does what her friend Krystal said she looks up at a torn banister that happens to say Lelolai Festival
"Hey, guys get your belongings because you all are going to be out of there in about 5 minutes so hurry up and restrain them alright. Peppy out."
"Alright you guys you all heard him he's bringing us home but first lets give them something they'll remember so they can tell there children and so on and so forth," Fox reclaiming his command.
"Neko? Where are you we're going home Ne…" Krystal pausing looking a site she wished she'd never seen again.
"Is this what you're looking for Krystal?” Leon hissed pointing his blaster at poor Neko.
"NO but clearly this is what you were looking for HIYA!!!" *SMASH!!!*” Fox said with a crushing blow to Leon's head knocking him out and arresting him. "Lets go our job here is done Krystal."
"Fox, thank you for saving Neko," Krystal said than gave him a light brush with her tail on his nose. Neko ran up to Fox and gave him a light hug and Fox picked her up and brought her to his arwing and they lifted up into the sky and before they left they gave them something the people of Puerto Rico; they flew high into the sky, Fox setting a fire burst pod on the tip of his arwing. As it blew up it created fire works for all of Puerto Rico to come out and see and start a new celebration for both Christmas and a new holiday the day the Star Fox team saved San Juan, Puerto Rico from the worst and made it the best. So in the end the whole Star Fox team came back through to Puerto Rico with their newest member Neko to help rebuild and recreate the feeling of home to the Puerto Rican to all the people and it was the best thing that the Puerto Rican’s could ever wish for.
