The sun sets on the twilight zone as the ashes of days scatter into the winds. I gaze upon a broken mirror only to have a demon looking back at me. Creatures dance around as if they mocked my presence, mocked the fact that im no longer who I used to be or who I had wish to become…….they were shadows, shadows of my former self……
Reminders of a once forgotten past. A past that would contradict the future and tear new holes in a once healed heart. Out of these cracks memories of sorrow and despair would seep through looking for a new host they could inhabit. Spreading like a plague until…..nothing…complete darkness. It’s a past that I wished had remained forgotten and unseen…… I take the path of a wanderer, a reflection of my former glory,
A shadow of my former self…….

Cherry blossoms fell from the sky
As I gazed into Ur deep blue eyes
Tears flow like a river to the sea
Carrying upon it a distant memory
