you turn to the sky
looking for hope
wondering why
you're still alone
loves come and fade
friends say you've got it made
but they never stay
so to this day you remain
forever hopeful
you pushed him away
so long ago
now your heart has a hole
cause you never let go
waiting for more
tired of stress
wondering why
love is a test
you've been through so many
but to you he's the one
so to this day you regret
saying it's done
it seems to me
like you forgot to let go
