Well folks and jokes, today was my last first day of high school. Yeah yeah I know, big deal for you college goers. Still, it was pretty cool. Especially considering that it was a half day so I got out at 11:45. So way am I on gaia so late. Wouldn't I rush to the computer as soon as I was free. Well you're right. I did. I have just spent...many hours...teaching myself Precalculus. I know that's no big deal for you smarty pants out there. Anyhoo, it was just the basics but for having my brain in the dust pile for about three months, I think it's pretty impressive. And no I wasn't doing it for fun. I got math hmwrk on the first day.
I kinda expected it though. Teachers get all snooty when they teach Seniors. They figure, "Hey you're about to go to college. Things are only going to get harder for you and I wanna be the first to make it so." Tee hee. I'm funny whee .
But in truth, my math teacher, nay all my teachers, have a sense of humor and that's good. Let's see, computer teacher will only be there once a week because it's a college comp. coarse. English teacher is a writer and you know how writers get. Well maybe u don't but I do...weird. Math teacher, though a meany for giving me homework, I forgive him cause he's funny and makes things interesting. My Physics teacher shops at Hot Topic...nuff said...execept...Whoohoo! My Amer. Govt. teach. insist the class does more activities and "simulations" than homework rolleyes . We'll see. My fav. teacher (he's orig. the drama teacher) will be supervising our R&R time (it's kinda like recess but indoors and therefore quiter). Then my religion teach. is crazy and she knows it. (She's trying to get us a trip to London as well xd ). After that is study hall which I can skip and go home because I'm a senior. xd xp whee
OH oh oh! I almost forgot. The fall play is called...Dracula! Yipee! Finally something I can relate to. Last fall was a female NY version of the Odd Couple. And the spring musical was Fiddler on the Roof (a good movie but I wouldn't want to see a play). But Dracula...in a Catholic school? cool Cool. I'm hoping I can try out. I don't want a big part I just wanna be a part of it. (I might try for the gypsy. I always wanted to be a vampire, a pirate, or a gypsy.)
So that's all she wrote for today. Don't expect anything for tomorrow, yeah like anyone reads this dribble, unless aliens come and take over... mrgreen .
