I woke up this morning to an awful howing. MY KITTY WAS IN PAIN! I dashed to him and saw him hanging upside down from the blinds...his foot caught in them.

Having just woken up AND seeing my baby in such pain, I acting stupidly. I tried to help him out barehanded.

Well, my cat is fine. My hand isn't. I've got bites on it, a swolled hand...and a few scratches. Good news...it's been and hour and it finally stopped bleeding. I'm going to the doctor now, because it's opened and free.

I am skipping work, because by the time I leave the doctor place, it'll be time to go home.
