sweatdrop talk about a long, long, long time!! Man!! Ok, for those who still look at my journal from time to time, first I want to thank you. Thank you! There are so many other things you could be doing but taking the time to read my dribble is really appreciated and I admire that. Also, I admire your patience, it has been a while. A while being the understatement of the year... sweatdrop
Anyways, here's the gist of what's been going on in my life.
First: I've been extremely busy with school mainly because I was finishing up school stuff to graduate, and guess what.... I DID!!! July 1 2005 to be exact. And so after that, I took a vacation from computers for a while... trust me it was a much needed vacation. So, I've been just relaxing and what not, enjoying the summer here in HOT Florida.
Second: During my little vacation, my parents went on vacations themselves, but since I stayed around here I was then turned into the care taker of my 4 dogs. My mom couldn't bear to leave them at the vets. Of course I didn't mind the company, and it was fun looking after them. However... stressed One of my dogs managed to chew up some stuff, including my dreamcast controller cord AND my precious internet cable!!! Thus beginning my absence from the internet world.
Since then I've pretty much only got access to the internet in various, limited places. My phone for one, but only to check the weather stats, and just recently found out I could use AIM, but I'm pretty sure it costed me a heffty amount. To which when my parents find out, will be kinda mad sweatdrop And my other source, my boyfriend's computer. Which I have access to now.
Every now and then I get the opportunity to use it, mainly to check my mail so my accounts won't be flooded with junk and such. But its only been recently I decided to revisit Gaia. I figure, I missed so much additions, so many monthly letters and new clothes and stuffs that it would be pointless to return. Heck, I recently found out the Casino was up and running and it was only a day or two ago I got my Gaian Home! But despite all that I have missed, I came back.
I don't know if I can ever be at the same status I was before my long departure from internet land. I was up there, I had the new stuff and I would usually also get the monthly stuff too. But now I"m so far behind, and so freakin poor (thanks to the casino) that my motivation to get back up on my feet is a little shotty. xp
None the less, I'm here every now and then, you'll most likely find me at the slots, that is when I have the gold for it. But Again, thanks to those who still find interest in my journal. I bow to you 3nodding And hopefully this particular entry will answer some of those questions you've all had.
