Keeping track of this journal thing is harder than this looks. But reading the staff journal has got me itching to write again.
I have no idea what to write exactly but I guess writing something is better than nothing at all. I have read that drinking cold water can cause cancer because it solidifies oil in the body which in turn will line the intestine and cause fats to collect and kill us. That is why Japanese people, with their hot tea, are Generally healthy.
So next time you drink cold water, you could be killing yourself. lol
