Maybe I should start from the beginning. Giving it some thought, while jumping around is easier, the consistency may suffer a blow from all the information I will be relaying.
What is it about? VA-ing.
Define fundamental concepts:
-- Enthusiasts must step beyond their own interests and approach the job on a professional level in order to accomplish goals
Ethno:
-- Huh?
-- Maybe about how their environment describes their kind of "culture"?
-- BZ = cozy and colorful / Studiopolis = stark for the most part, but comfy in other aspects
Cultural:
-- Anime: general dubs vs. purists (how voices are done, director in charge, etc)
Plan of the Paper:
VA-ing is very possible and though it may be simple or exceedingly difficult to get into, the business ensures that only those "who last" will make it.
