I think the best costume set would be Jack the Pumpkin King & Sally from Nightmare Before Christmas. Everyone would know who you are, and it would be fairly easy to make. Blue body paint(which I have), a yarn wig, stitch marks all over the body, and the patched looking dress. And then Jack would just be pinstripe, some skeleton gloves, and a pumpkin sized mask. With sheer black cloth over the eyes, so you can see.
It would be awesome if both could sing, and would sing for the group. And they could find someone to be the doctor, the mayor, and little kids could be the evil little kids in the movie.
