Grey hiked up the frozen wasteland of the Vardas Mountain Range. It was cold but being a warrior he was trained to endure it. He had often heard rumors about the Vardas Mountains, how there were trolls that lived up there waiting to snakc on your flesh, or ice maidens who awaited in towers of frost beckoning weary travelers to them. He hoped some Ice Maidens were in his near future.

All around him was nothing but Ice, snow, and frost covered boulders. He sighed in despair. He was alone on a mission as was everyone else besides Emrys and Mia. He was extremely unlikely to find something in this whiteout... even if it was glowing red. Suddenly he saw a lone figure among the whiteout. "Hello?", he called out, receiving a mouthful of snow in return. He coughed it out making sure to remember not to open your mouth wide open in a blizzard. He followed the figure in the distance struggling to make clear of the sight. Suddenly a deep guttural bellowing echoed from behind him. He turned drawing his sword. He saw a massive creature white as snow but it's dark outline stood out from the snow. Grey wasted no words and slayed the creature outright with a single sword slash. Then the snow began to dissipate. He took a closer look at the thing. It whitish-gray, yellow eyes with gray shadows around it. It was big and bulky, layered with muscle. It struck him as some kind of troll or ogre that controlled the weather to ambush prey. Then he remembered the figure. he turned back and saw it standing over head him on the Plateau, walking away.

He followed her up scrambling up and saw that she notched an arrow against him. Indeed it was a she, probably one of the most beautiful people he ever saw. She had long, light blue hair and wore a sleeveless vest. An arm guard was worn on her right hand where she gripped her bow. She ware a skirt that cut off at the knees. and a pair of shoes that matched her light skin. And now he was going to be killed by her.
