Did everyone have fun~?

She got this awesome set of fancy-pants markers that she loooves to death! They're so much fun! >w< I'm not very good with them, though, but they're FUN. Unfortunately, I need to go get a light grey, a lighter peachy color, and I think one of my purples is kinda dying 'cause I was abusing it a smidge... But ah well! Fudging it has worked so far so fudge it I shall! And I suppose it won't mess anything up if I use my peachy pencil. ^^

Oh, oh, and I got a whole toooon of Tsubasa from my mom! >w< All in japanese, so I can't read a word! Ha HA! And my grandma got me one volume in both japanese AND english. Whee~ 'Twill help me muchlies, 'cause I'm trying to learn japanese, or at least enough to be able to figure things out with the aid of a dictionary 'cause I know I'm so lazy it'll take me forever.

And, and, I got this beautiful illustrated copy of Sleeping Beauty, SIGNED BY THE ARTIST. <3333

Also got a squishy pillow, which I kinda asked for, and some spiffy awesome games. Truama Center: New Blood (MADE OF WIN AND AWESOME I SHALL DEDICATE AN ENTRY TO IT UPON BEATING) and Baten Kaitos: Origins (about time, huh?)~ Brother got Guitar Hero III (which I officially suck at), Super Mario Galaxy (which i haven't tried but it looks like I'd suck at it), and Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn (which is already awesome and I've only played the prolouge). Or was that FE9's name? I dunno. Well, he got FE10.

Tons of sweets, a neat little board piano (sounds really pretty but you can't do much with just one octave), Ouran High School Host Club vol.1 from a friend who loves the series (and now I love it, too, and bro is starting to get hooked on it), and some booooooks. <3

I'm such a spoiled child. But I love it. >w<

And then, then, we went to New York for relative visitingness~ 'Twas fun. Went into the city on the last day, was AWESOME. We visited Nintendo World (there was a huuuuge line of people all through the place and outside who all wanted to buy a Wii O___o;; ) and I bought an adorable little Cleffa plushie~ I'm thinking it's actually a Poke'doll, though. I have to check... >w<

And then we went down to the nearby japanese bookstore. They moved to a new location, though, and the old store had a 50% off EVERYTHING sale (and free posters 'cause they weren't selling XD). It's been going on all month so there wasn't too much left, but there was a surprising amount. I got a bunch more Tsubasa (DRAGONFLY RACE = <3) 'cause it was really cheap! The price on the back is about $3-4, and the store only charges about an extra dollar or a smidge more for importing it... <3 Half off is like, getting four for the price of one english one. <3333

And, we then went to the new location and I bought the manga for Legend of Zelda: Minish Cap (someone's been doing one for most of the games, and the Minish Cap one is just sooooo cute I had to get it! also got Majora's Mask 'cause it was half off and it's one of my favorite Zeldas), and one of the Tales of the Abyss comic anthologies (*fangirl*).

Annnd then we had luuuunch in a little cafe~

Had the BEST CHEESECAKE EVAR~

And visited a used bookstore, but not for too long, 'cause we were in a hurry to not miss the train. XD;;

Turns out we got there almost an hour early, though, 'cause we were tired and took the subway instead of walking.

Just hung out and read (*cough*looked at the pretty pictures while guessing what's going on*cough*).

Loooong train ride back (two hours?), but I didn't mind. Love trains.

And then we came home yesterday. <3

Oh, oh, almost forgot. There was...a Fire Emblem forum game. Post a bunch and use the seconds in the post time to see what characters you get, and try to make a paragraph or two story out of it. Here's mine, 'cause it's so messed up I kinda like it. XD



...Honestly, what are you supposed to do with it when the "damsel in distress" is HECTOR? XDDD
