Hello everyone and Merry Christmas! Yes I know this is two days early, but I just wanted to make a Journal Entry before Christmas passed.
Well as all of you know that around Christmas time there are a lot of things going on, I think it’s the most busiest time of the year. Malls and all kinds of other stores are packed with people and usually don’t have the items you need. But of coarse with the bad and annoying things going on, there is always something good happening. TV stations and radio stations get people together and help out the less fortunate so they can have a Christmas. Christmas is also the time you see the men and woman from the Salvation Army ringing bells in front of stores. Although the bells can be annoying, the men and woman who stand out in the cold are grateful even if you give 5 cents.
Most people know that Christmas is the time of giving and family. In my family we do just that. My family gets together with my step-dads family to go to his mom and dads house. We have a huge Christmas dinner, which is really close to the kind of dinner we have at Thanksgiving. Lol. After we eat we sit in the living room and exchange gifts to everyone. Of coarse everyone is grateful for their gifts, and so far I haven’t herd anything about anyone giving their gifts away; which is good of coarse.
From everyone of my friends I’ve talked to, it seems that everyone knows what they’re getting. My sister really wanted a Nintendo DS, my brother is 10 so he just wanted some Lego’s and Star Wars stuff. Me, the only thing I really, really wanted was this dragon necklace that I found over the internet. From the moment I saw it, I loved it. So I mainly asked for money. The other thing that I want to save up for would either be a Dance Class, I love to dance and I would love to be in a class where I could learn new dances. I also kind of made a deal with my sister to save up our money to possibly get a PS3 in our room, but I don’t know if that will happen anytime soon.
Well that seems to be it. Thanks for reading this entry, I hope you enjoyed it.
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays,
Aj/ kiko
