The room my mother took me to was the room of Jems, it was the most beautiful rooms I had ever seen. It was filled with the most finest jewels that sparkled across the walls. It was in that room that Nedeara, my mother, told me of my heritage. I was shocked to discover she was my mother, she was still, in many ways still a stranger to me. She wanted to me to stay in the castle with her, and Hava'ror was welcome to stay as well.
I of course did stay, what other option did I have? As long as Hava'ror stayed with me, he was like my father. There was of course a few rules that I had to follow while staying at the castle so as not to cause trouble, but one of the most golden of rules was I was never allowed to enter the forest.
For two years I grew up in that castle, learning how to use black magic, arcane magic and demonic powers. Tonino and I became close friends, we would spend days playing hide and seek games in the castle. Spying on other inhabitants and causing all types of mischeif. We were laying in the barren fields outside the castle looking at the sky when we couldn't help but wonder. What ever happened to that emerald jewel? The one that the crow snatched? Was it still in the forest? So we become rebellous and at fifteen years old I entered the forest for the second time in my life.
