Well, I talked about the first thing already in a nice, long, detailed story...When I went to submit it, IT LOST EVERYTHING I WROTE!!! >< So now both things are gonna be highlights.. ninja

Well, back in June my whole family and I went to the beach....We got up early and went t this really cook cookhouse place where they bring you as much breakfast food as you want until you're done...

At the beach we sat around, I chased my cousin around making death threts....We went to this other beach that was really cool and got to touch the sea anemonies and starfish on the rocks because it was low tide, which was worth our feet burning on the sand to get there. xp The bathrooms by it were kinda scary, though...There were spiderwebs EVERYWHERE, no toilet seat covers, and the toilet AND toilet paper were both bolted and locked in.

When we got back to the other beach my sister and I learned how to ride a 4-wheeler, which was scary at first but soon turned to COMPLETELY AWESOME!!! We had lunch, which consisted of several cheese-hotdog things; also awesome!

After lunch my sister got to go ride the 4-wheeler again with my parents and grandpa...I stayed and tormented my cousin by making him stand way out on the walking path in the direct sun for 20 minutes. ^^ When they got back I got my turn at riding the 4-wheeler out on the beach with my dad.

It was seriously like a dream! The sun hit the waves so they looked like one of those special effects, and riding it felt like flying or something! Sure, I went slow so my dad had to circle around so he didn't lose me, but it kicked a**!

After that we came back, packed up everything and came back home to discover we all got sunburnt at least a little...I looked like lobster girl on my face for several days.. xd xp Overall that day was WONDERFUL!!

Then, there was the 4th of July!

Well, on the 4th of July we were all told to get up early...I had my alarm clock set for 8:30am, but I woke up at 6am and didn't wanna deal with the beeping, so I just got up insted.

After a lot of sitting around because we didn't have to leave until noon, we left to go to my grandparent's house.. xd We went out for lunch with them at a resteraunt, then looked around at the petstore after we were done.

Then we went to this nifty street festival...It was mostly hippies I think, but it was still fun. 3nodding We got these shiny headbands with ribbons hanging off the back like a ponytail, and I got a cool ankle-bracelet..And of course, we all got icecream, which was very messy and kept falling appart..@_@

We went back to my grandparent's house after that...I helped make the BBQ stuff we had for dinner and watched Norbit on the uber huge, gigantic, amazingly big TV. We all went to the fireworks after dinner...They took awhile to start, but people were lighting off their own fireworks in and around the parking lot we were in, so there was never a shortage of things to watch. 3nodding The fireworks were AWESOME...Gotta love how we can be so easily distracted by firey explosions. xd And as I heard repeatedly while we were there.."It ain't a good firework unless it leaves a mushroom cloud!".. xd

Afterwards we drove back in horrible traffic for awhile, watching idiots light fireworks off their cars and such...We got home at about 11pm, and I forget what I did after that.. xd I just know that that day was AWESOME!!!
