It blooms as I walk past it
Making my way home
It beckons me close to it
And I forget I am alone
The scent is over powering
Colored a light blue
The sky begins showering
Me, overcome by the hue
Its green vines snake out
Dancing in front of my eyes
I donot lash about
For I am hypnotized
It wraps snuggly around my waist
I cannot put up a fight
It squeezes me gently to calm my heart
Both of us knowing I'm done for the night
It pulls me back into the trees
The scent making my sight go black
I willingly let it take me away
Knowing I'll never go back

Why am I here?
May the moon softly restore you by night.
