Alright, journal time for gold!
Watching a Van Damme movie right now, The Order. The opening scene has Van Damme playing a Flemish knight during the Crusades. My initial reaction was "Holy crap, I really hope he plays a kickboxing Flemish knight during the Crusades! That would be freaking incredible!" But no. That's not the case.
New project I'll never get around to: Flemish knight during the Crusades somehow ends up in Thailand, learns to kickbox, and returns to Flanders to fight the evil baron who consigned him to go fight the Muslims.
Freaking awesome, I know. Try to contain yourselves.
