I know life is full of stress but u can't let it bring u down. Like my sister said, "It is a state of mind that controls u but it can't always control u."
U need time to relax, Do the thing u like to do that relaxes u (that doesn't include drugs or cheaps tricks). Take time to calm down. Take a relaxing shower, take a walk in a park, work on a hobby (when i'm stress i draw or write stories about characters being in my solution), listen to music, or spent time with friends. Friends are there to help when u need it and so am I 3nodding .
