Hi to Eight and Slai who both made comments on my entries.
My arm still feels sore, but I don't have to where the splint anymore so that's good news. It nice being able to type with both hands again. Still can't do any lifting with the right arm though.

I hope your arm feels better soon heart . It's hard typing with just one hand stressed ! Makes me wish voice recognition technology were readily available or something.
