Yeah... this is a poem I wrote last year based on an anime called Saiyuki... so... yeah ^^;;;
Today is peaceful...
Anywhere but here.
Flaming red hair,
Like his flaming personality
Blowing in the breeze.
While the monkey
Complains of his hunger
A year since
Chang'an was far, far away
Into India they go
Houtou Castle
Their destination
The jeep let out a "Kyuu!"
Making the driver laugh
They were almots there
Youkai were mowed over
Piles of corpses
Lay in their wake
More youkai were approaching
Time to pick up the pace
Youkai attack
Stop the car
Get your weapon
ATTACK!!
A preist with a gun?
who knew?
The gun was fired
Chi blasts everywhere
A crescent blade severing
Blood everywhere
The staff going through heads
10 youkai down
10 more to go
Just another
regular day
On the road again
Finally some quiet.
"I'm hungry!!"
The monkey cries
Yanking the poor water sprite's hair
The preist growls
Under his breath
They stop
Eventually
The dirt is flying
The mountains pass
The demon slayer
stays cheerful
Despite the events before.
Lets go
To the west!
