I have a plastic comb, and I've broken 10 of its teeth within the past few months. This is not unusual, as I know comb teeth tend to break. But last week I was combing my hair with a different comb and I broke that one. In half. eek It snapped right in my hands. Funny thing is, for years and years, I had this comb that was "unbreakable". It literally said that right on the comb. And it never broke on me! I even tried to break it purposely, to no avail. Then I lost it, and now I am reduced to breaking combs with my hair. crying

Fairy Wings
I caved and bought them. sweatdrop I had a lot of gold. (Well, at least by my standards. xd ) And I wanted them for this avatar, since they match the Velvetine Sun Daze set. whee Although I'm not exactly broke, I'm going to be if the February Letters don't drop in price. xp But I can always sell them...I think. I hope I don't get too attached to them. I have a problem with that. There are a lot of items in my inventory I don't want to sell, even though they are commons, because I like them too much. sweatdrop
Gaia Housing
Gaia Housing came out. I had not planned on buying a House, but since they're free, I ordered one. xd I don't plan on spending a lot of money or time on it, though. I like the Makeshift stuff because it's cheap, but serviceable. Anyway, the nicest House I've seen so far is Chibigreen Tejinashi's House. Whoa. eek heart I know she's been looking forward to Housing for a long time, and she put it together so nicely. whee
Anyway, I just want some cheap stuff to put in my House, but since I deleted my avatar while the servers were re-routed (or something like that), I can't arrange my House. Boo. sad There's some error that doesn't let me access my House. I can wait, though. domokun
The Marketplace
So after a month of being semi-broken, the Marketplace was fixed. I was glad, because I had bid on a few items that expired, but got stuck in the log jam of Expired-but-Not items. sweatdrop I was quite happy when it was finally fixed, but not two days later, the same problem is happening again. O_o Moreover, the Search/Sort feature is not working. I wonder why it keeps on breaking. ^^;

Video Girl Ai
I've seen 4 of 6 episodes. Wow, it's pretty sad. It's about a "video girl", Ai, who comes out of a TV to help Youta, the person watching the video, with his love life. It's a comedy/romance, and I really like the character interactions. They are able to convey such emotion and make me really feel for them. I haven't seen the ending yet, which I heard is not very well done. Oh well...I really want to see how this ends.
I'm grumpy because I overslept today and missed seeing "Porco Rosso". crying I need to watch more Miyazaki. gonk
So again I'm functioning on very little sleep. I pulled an all-nighter (as best I could) working on my essay that was due today. Time for a full night's sleep. G'night. whee
