Okay, so as you all know, I made it into the state choir.
Our first rehearsal together was on Thursday, so I got to miss school.
I got there, expecting nothing more than what my school choir sounds like.
Boy I was I surprised!
The state singers are really good.
I LOVED every minute of it.
My favorite song was "Go Down Moses" by Tom Shelton. Tom Shelton was actually our DIRECTOR as well as the composer for that song.
It sounded AMAZING.
Then another favorite to sing was "Boot Jack Jaw Harp" by .... that person.
It was fun to sing as well, and truly had me working my diaphram muscles.
I loved it.
There were some REALLY HOT BASS SINGERS there.
Oh my God they're amazing.

THe songs running through my head are "Go Down Moses" and "Je Le Vous Derail!"
I got a plaque with the wrong first name on it, so they're sending me a corrected one.
