Well today, I went to this really neat Japanese book store called Taiga Books. This store is filled with Japanese magazines such as, fashion, manga, etc. I went there yesterday too for the first time to check out what they had. But they didn't have what I was looking for yesterday, but luckily they did today. I bought the current issues of Ciao and Nakayoshi manga magazines. I would've bought the current issue of Ribon too but they unfortionatly don't carry them (I wish they did). Next time I go there I'm going to ask if they carry Chu Chu as well.

This is my first time buying imported manga magazines, and boy do they come with awesome free goodies. In this months Ciao magazine, they give you...

- Charm Angel box. Inside you get a set of Poker cards from 4 different series.
- A Kirarin Revolution Card
- A feather keychain (not sure of what series it's from)
- And stickers from the ciao series.



Nakayoshi didn't give me as much as Ciao did. They gave me a cute pink make up type purse with a pink hair clip. Remember, that both of these magazines are mainly for readers at middle school age. But that's in Japan. I mainly go for the cute stuff. wink Anyway, I am quite thrilled with what I bought. I'll hopefully buy next months issues of these magazines soon. So I'll look forward to that. razz
