I asked you for a rose, U gave it to me. Yet all my friends changed their pose.[meaning turned away cuz they don't like him] I asked you for a ring, U gave it to me. Yet all my friends did not sing. I asked you for love, U gave it to me. Yet all my friends wouldn't let mine fly like a dove. Now i ask for forgivness, Will you give that to me? My friends don't like you, As you can see.
