Chapter 3
The castle was surrounded by billions of people as they all cheered and waved up to one of their great heros Dominic who was up on Silver's balcony watching them all from below smiling with joy and happiness. His wife was clinging to his arm eyeing them all for this was her first time in this kingdom. Dominic gently kissed her forehead reassuringly. Meanwhile, inside of the giant crowd were 2 girls dressed in black cloaks. They were slithering about the crowd talking and laughing. When they had finally reached the end of the crowd they quickly ran into the nearby woods. There they both counted to 3 and lit their matches, lighting the fireworks that soon without hesitation set off into the sky. Once in the sky, they had formed two great silver S's with little blue stars and smiley faces with their tongues sticking out dancing around them mrgreen . Everyone had saw this up in the sky and rolled there eyes some smirking, and tons of children laughing and clapping their hands happily. The members of the brigade who had seen this too had laughed lightly to themselves. The 2 girls in the woods had then pulled down their hoods and smiled at each other. "I think that went well don't you think?", said Silver. "I think so too heehee heart ", said her sister Silvermoon. The symbol in the sky was to show of Silvermoon's return to the castle as well. The symbol actually represented both of the sisters, because together they were notorious for their pranks with magic since they were younger. They would pull pranks on the adults and show off their magic to the kids. Everyone knew this duo well of course.
When the crowd had finally died down they began to walk back to the castle. "Did you know that Dominic had also brought one more to the castle with him?", said silvermoon. "Another one? confused ", asked silver. Silvermoon nodded her head. "Yup you see, he's Dominic's nephew, son of his brother Damian. His name is Dylanx". Silver looked down at her feet taking in this information nodding her head as silvermoon spoke, and also wondering why everyone in that family had to have names that started with a "D" xp . When they had finally walked back to the castle silvermoon had flicked silver's ear playfully and ran inside giggling (i added this in cuz i forgot to tell you that silver was the only one to have elven ears sweatdrop ; she inherited them from her mother yet her sister did not inherit such ears; their father was not elven). They had then tossed their cloaks aside inside the castle, and sat down at the dining table where everyone was talking loudly asking Dominic bizillions of questions about his departure and to his nephew.
As Shantell was eating Silvermoon quietly pointed him out to her. She looked up and was a bit startled. "See? he's got ears just like yours heehee blaugh ", said silvermoon. Silver then began to inspect him, from his brown hair to his hazel eyes, and pointy elven ears. She then shrugged her shoulders and began to eat again saying, "meh he looks nice". As Dylanx was eating he thought he had seen silver watching him from the corner of his eye then began to inspect her startled by her ears as well. Already interested, he knew right away that he must meet her and get to know her. He then gently tapped Dominic on the shoulder next to him. "Um, Uncle Dominic?" Dominic turned to him and smiled placing his hand hard on Dylanx's head. "You know you can just call me Dominic...what is it? mrgreen ", he said. Pushing his uncle's hand away annoyed, Dylanx then turned to Silver then back to Dominic. "Well i was just wondering who that girl was over there...", he said. Dominic looked up and noticed he had been looking at silver he then turned back to his nephew smiling. "Oh that's the general i work for that i've been tellin you bout. That's General Silvertonguue Hashitaka, leader of the Azure Knights Brigade". Dylanx looked up at his uncle wide eyed. "But she's so young uncle...you said she was 14". Just then Silver had caught Dylanx's eye and waved to him happily. He then stared at her waving to her slowly blushing profusely redface . After dinner Silver had shown them all to their rooms and walked back to hers. Dylanx as he was unpacking, had thoughts racing through his mind about her. 'She's got ears just like mine...she WAVED to me...is she really the general? That's amazing...' He then found himself knocking at her door wanting to talk and because he was so interested with her. Yet he swallowed hard as he realized what he was doing. Dylanx had always had a thing about being around girls becuz he was so shy, even when he thought he was brave enough to come out to them to talk or say hello. But when he had knocked there was no answer. He knocked again putting his ear up to the door, but yet again there was no answer. "Um...Silver?" he then started to open the door realizing it was unlocked. Silver who had left the door unlocked and didn't realize that someone was knocking was about to fetch her other pjs until Dylanx opened the door. Dylanx was about to speak but then stopped short eek . Silver just stared back. He then quickly ran out the door and shut it behind him when she screamed extremely loud chucking one of her marbles at his head. 'Silver bra and undies....well that's not much of a surprise' he thought to himself. 'Damn, now she's gonna think i'm some kind of a pervert....(not that he kinda isn't anyways, stare but hey all guys are a bit in a way confused ).
*dammit! i really wanted to tell more but i had to cut it short cuz i realized what tons of homework i have left to do, yeah doesn't that just sound so lame? xp well its true! sweatdrop but in the next chapter i will continue exactly where i left off so there is no confusion or anything like that*
