POEM 14 - The Castle I Call Home
I walk throughout the castle, Past paintings of old, Past paintings of friends, Paintings of heroes so bold, I walk to the bedroom, The sheets are pure blue, A window is above, From which the light shines through, I stroll through the corridors, The Tapestry of Family, It showed me at the bottom, An ancestor called Lee, My friend called Charlotte, You see I treasure my friends as family, As they are wonderful, And they used to sit with me happily, I can't let go of memories, Just because they're in the past, I have to hold on to them, Until I've forgotten the last...
I made this while I was bored. It's pretty short, I guess, but it's alright...
