I have had a divine epiphany. If you turn your pop tarts sideways in the toaster, they tend to get stuck up under the slot when it makes an attempt to eject your treats. This causes them to be stripped of their lovely delicious icing, which falls to the bottom of the toaster and procedes to burn in a most horrible fashion, filling the house with an undesirable smell. Or maybe I just have a shitty toaster that has too much space in between the slot and the pop tart holding grid. -.-'
