I should have written this earlier, but I got my tonsils out on Monday, I'm dying to be able to eat solid food and be able to swallow without feeling any pain in my throat...
But becuase of all the slurpies I've been drinking, I discovered something really weird...
On some of the cups of slurpies their's this little measurer thing with things like 'ooh' 'ahh' 'ohh' and at the bottom it says 'brain freeze'. Next to 'brainfreeze' I see the trademark symbol.
Does this mean that brainfreeze is a trademarked term, and all those shows and movies that use it are at risk of being sued by 7-11, or is it just the measurer thing itself that's trademarked?
Never realised that before...
