I still can't sleep. Sleep aids didn't really help so I stopped taking them.
Night is when I start to think, and leads me to worry, which leads me to more worry.
Which makes me unable to sleep.

Plus, now, I switched beds with Maria. So I have the big bed. And I have to pile all spare blankets and pillows on my bed because it's too open.
