Yesterday we went to Emily and Alex's house. We stayed there for basically the whole day and we had a blast! 3nodding First we played video games and watched a movie. Then we all ate BBQ. For some reason, Alex wouldn't eat anything all day...he said he was on a diet, ut he is already soooo skinny....weird confused
Later, Emily, Melanie and I went on a walk to this one park close to her house. On he way, I found a statue of a turtle in front of someone's house and it looked so real that I went to go get a closer look. It WAS a real turtle! I couldn't believe it. We rang the persons door, but they weren't thereso we decided to take it back to Emily's house, but noneof us wanted to pick it up so Emily called Alex on her cell phone to come. He got thereand was also really surprised. He picked it up and it was obvious it wasn't wild because it didn't hide in it's shell or hiss.
All of our parents were shocked. We ecided to feed the turtle some lettace and it ate it really fast. Melanie asked my dad if we could keep it, but (of course) he said no cry After that we put the turtle in the bucket and walked around door to door asking people if it was theirs. They all said no, but then we saw the those other people were home(the ones whose house we found the turtle by) and when we asked them, they said yes! They were really grateful and said his name was Speedy(lol) I'm just glad that we found it's rightful owner ^-^
