At Imperial Banner War, the reason 3rd Level Knights should not be able to fight shinai. We had over 100 troops on the field, spread into two armies. 10’wide x 100’ long bridge, 2 people per army on the bridge at a time. One with shield one with sword or a 7’ naginata our team set up our four 3rd Level Knights as our first four out. The first two went out was a third level knight with a shield and one with an naginata they went out 10’ and stop the guy with the shield dropped to his knees in the middle of the bridge the other guy stood behind him. Took out half of their army. When they finally died, my partner. And Me. Sir Duncan who which was also a 3rd Level Knights at the time. Duncan with a shield and me with an naginata we killed the other half the army. Our Army never got on the bridge except 4 of us. 4 of us took out 100 people.
They also had 3rd level knights but they had them teamed up with newbies. They didn’t know what they were doing we just tore them up. That’s why third level knights should not fight shinai. It’s not fair to the newbies.
