So, sitting in second period of Philosophy today...and, my teacher, Mr. Pullar (great man...always has a story to tell whenever you ask him a question ^^), says something that got me thinking...
"If you have a problem, look for a solution. If you can't find a solution, you don't have a problem, you have a fact, and you have to learn to live with it."
I'm pretty sure some Philosopher said that...or Mr. Pullar...I'm not too sure...but, anyways...to me, he's damn right. Lately I've been connecting everything to my mum's death, so, I did that with this too:
My mum died. If this is a problem, then it has a solution. The only possible solution, for me, is for my mum to be alive again. This is impossible, therefore my problem has no logical solution. Seeing as I cannot find a solution, it is not a problem, but a fact...one I must learn to live with.
Now, I knew this...I just didn't think about it...him saying that just got me thinking of it
So...how do I learn to live with it?
