50 words, 1 sentence Bilal x Lex
Waves

Wind
"Damn it, Skandar!"
"Oh, breathe, through your mask!"

Clouds
“That one looks like a c**k.”
“Everything looks like a c**k to you.”
Lex frowned and flipped the book off of Bilal’s face, “No a*****e,” he pointed to a big fluffy cloud that looked like a deformed rooster, “See? I’m talking about the bird kind.” He then pointed in other direction, “But you see that tiny one right over there? That one reminds me of your d**k.”

Rain
Lex watched the rain falling down outside, a steaming mug held in his hands. Leaning over, he blew a few times on the glass until a large patch of white was there, drawing a small heart. He frowned as he saw one side was bigger than the other. An arm reached over his shoulder, putting a bigger heart around his.

Market

Hands
"I am seeing...I am seeing...lots of screwing in your future! Lots of ******** deep, deep, deep down in your scrotum!"
"...Genius, you're divining from the wrong hand."

Chocolate
The Frenchman rubbed a chocolate covered strawberry against the Lantern’s lips and pulled back before he could bite down; popping the treat into his mouth.
“Hey--” Bilal shoved one into Lex’s mouth before he could say more.
“If you are going to complain, I’ll eat the rest by myself.” He warned as he pulled the small bowl closer to him.

Melody
Check-check-check out my melody. Check-check-check out my melody. I'mma do things my way! My way! Yeah, my way or the highway!

"Somebody you'll see things my way! 'Cause y'never know, y'never know, y''never know when y'gonna go..." His fists beat the bag until a lucky scrape bloodied his knuckles. "Just one more fight and I'll be history...and you'll...be the one who's left...missing me!" A kick snapped the chain the bag hung on, sending it skidding across the floor. Bilal put his foot on the bag, stopping its slide.

The Frenchman crossed the room, pressing him to the wall, raising a fist. Lex squeezed his eyes shut. Fingers grazed his cheek, pressing earbuds into his ears. Leni Urbana's calming lyrics came over the wires as Bilal pressed the iPod into his hand and walked out.

Sky

Heaven
"Baby, you're all that I want! When you're lyin' here in my arms! I'm findin' it hard to believe we're in heaven!" Lex slurred, staggering as he almost ate the brickwork of the road, his foot having gone into a pothole. Bilal caught him, laughing, his face redder than before, drawling with the thickest Parisian accent imaginable, "And love is all that I need! And I found it there in your heart..." The two chorused, "It isn't too hard to see we're in heaven!"
"IT'S THREE IN THE ******** MORNING! SHUT THE ******** UP!"

Touch
“Stop touching me.”
“I’m not touching you.”
“Stop touching me.”
“But I’m not touching you!”
“I swear, if you poke me with your d**k one more time, I am going to break it.”

Lightning/Thunder
The sound of cannons. Pain. So much pain. The ground was wet. He slid through mud, landed in a trough of it. A man leaned over him.
"Kanatakon:ha?"
He opened his eyes.
"Skandar?" Bilal took his hands from his ears, the lightning illuminating the room as rain beat against the window. Picking him up from the corner he'd huddled into, he carried him to his bed and let the smaller man huddle against his chest for the night.

Sensual

Confusion
There must have been a mix up. He was supposed to meet Nightwing. Who was this little boy and how the hell had he gotten onto the roof he'd been assigned to meet the Bat brat?

Technology

Bonds
The Lantern groaned and dragged his eyes open, an ache in his head and Nightrunner's masked face in front of him, one of his arms bleeding and dangling at his side, the other clutching at it.
"Douchecanoe, you are not Cassandra Cain. You cannot knock me out like that at the first sign of danger. I'm a medic, for ******** sake! Look at your ******** arm!"
"It's just a scratch. Small price to pay for you not going to the hospital again."

Moon

Weakness
"Bilal, what's your kryptonite?"
"Annoying Americans who ask stupid questions."

Completion

Freedom
"Vous pouvez prendre nos vies, mais vous ne prendez jamais notre liberte!" Bilal clamped a hand over Lex's mouth and half-dragged him away from the cops, even as the men began to run after them in persuit.

Comfort

Taste
"Agh! Oh my God, blargh!"
"What?"
"What flavor is this?"
"Grape. Why?"
"I'd rather slather grape jelly on your c**k than taste this condom again!"

Sex

Potatoes
"Lex, hand me the potatoes."
"What's taters, precious?" Bilal looked at him.
"Call me precious again and I'll strangle you and stuff you in that turkey."

Sickness

Devotion
Even when a mission was pending, the two could find time to sneak into the mosque on Friday evening, Bilal translating the sermon in Lex's ear.

Pain

Sun
"Sunny days...chasin' th'clouds away... What?"
"You are such a simple creature."
"Somebody's been watching Dogma."

Soft

Star
Bilal found the Lantern asleep on his bed, textbooks and medical jouranls piled around him. From his earbust blasted Lyriel's cover of Star of the County Down.

Kiss

Happiness
"N'êtes-vous pas heureux avec eux? Sont vos maris ne suffit pas? Pourquoi pensez-vous toujours venir me voir? Suis-je juste une baise pas cher pour vous?"

"...Ne sommes nous pas amis?"

"Je n'ai jamais voulu etre ton ami!" He'd gone too far, he knew. His head was bowed, eyes on the wet roof beneath their feet. Something held his tongue then; he turned to leave.

"Je...je voulais seulement vous faire plaisir..." He opened his mouth, shut it. His tongue was moving before he could stop it.

"Felicitations, Skandar." He looked at the man over his shoulder. "Vous avez baise que trop." He turned his head and hurried on before the Assassin could pierce through the rain and his own tears. No one should ever see a hero crying.

Jealousy

Tears
The saints seemed to be weeping with him, water running down their craggy faces. He reached the top of the tower, staring down at the Seine. He turned his back to the river, the plummet awaiting him, closed his eyes. Strong, hard arms gripped him, yanking him off his feet. Wet cotton pressed to his face.

"You are my friend. You are my friend. Listen to me. I'm saying it in English so you can understand. You are my friend and I wouldn't give you up for anything. And if you ever make me sob so grossly as I've been today or say these words again, I'll castrate you with a rusty hookblade.."

Telephone
Innocence

Hair
Lex strolled out of the bathroom, grinning and waving a shampoo bottle at Bilal. “How come you have shampoo when you have very little hair?”

Supernova
"Zoom, zoom, zoom! Make my heart go boom boom! C'mon, Bilal, you know this song!"
"No, I don't."
"Yes, you do. You remember the 90s."
"I swear to God, I never watched Zenon--"
"HA!"

Fear

Gift
"J-Joyeux Noel, Bilal." The Frenchman sighed as he took the small package from the American labeled To: Bilal, From: All of Us.

"I told you, I didn't want..." His voice trailed off as he leafed through the pages of the little comic entitled Nightrunner. Lex moved to make his escape, turning on his heel. Arms pinned him in place, hugging him tight.

"Merci beaucoup, mon petit ami."

Name
Bilal could tell where he stood in the pecking order by the name Lex gave him. Omri, he called Kase. Omri. His soul, the core of his life. Galbi was for Jameel, his heart. Habibi was for the Owl as well. Bibi--that annoying nickname that sounded half-making fun of his name, half bastardization of habibi--and sadiqi were all that were left for him. A dear one, a friend. Nothing more. But perhaps that's how it was always meant to be.
