[Nickname] Her mother would call her Loulou. However, if anyone but her mother called her that, she'd have a fit.

[Bio] Dad died in a freak accident before she was born. Has an older sister named Charlotte (18 years old). Mother raised them until she got sick and died. While on her deathbed in the hospital, mother told Louise her that she and her dad had superpowers. And when when she died, her powers would be passed on to Louise. Charlotte got their dad's powers since she was born first and he died first. After mom got sick Charlotte ran away and didn't return. Lousie ran away after to California after her mother died. She was scared, confused, and didn't know how to control her new powers, which mostly included telekinesis. If she had any other profound powers, she didn't know what they were/would be.
